  1. Standard Refund Terms

Products purchased from VIRRBO LIMITED may be refunded only if cancelled within 30 days of the date of the transaction (the “Date of the transaction”), which includes any renewal processed under the applicable product or service agreement.

Note: Due to their nature, cryptocurrencies, tokens and digital assets are irreversible and their exchange rates are volatile. VIRRBO LIMITED cannot be responsible for exchange rate or market risks. Products purchased using cryptocurrencies, tokens or digital assets are not eligible for refunds.

Note: If a client’s actions violate applicable laws or VIRRBO LIMITED’s Terms of Service, any payments made will not be refunded.

  • Upgrades for Game or KVM VPS
  • Email Storage Add-ons
  • Paid upgrades for Cloud Hosting
  • All paid support services
  • Any service suspended, canceled, or terminated due to abuse or violation of Terms
  1. Products with Special Refund Terms

6.1 New Domain Registrations

  • Refundable only if: (i) requested within 96 hours of registration, and (ii) at least 24 hours have passed since any previous domain refund initiation.
  • For Brazilian domains (.br, .com.br, .net.br): refundable if requested within 168 hours of registration.
  • Certain ccTLDs (e.g., .ai, .be, .uk, etc.) do not permit refunds.

6.2 Domain Transfers

  • Refundable only if: (i) the transfer is unsuccessful, and (ii) requested within 30 days of payment.

6.3 VPS Hosting Plans

  • Refundable only if: (i) requested within 30 days of the transaction, and (ii) at least 180 days have passed since any prior VPS refund initiation.

6.4 Specialized Service Plans

  • Refunds for service plans (e.g., premium messaging) are subject to plan-specific usage limits and timeframes.
  1. Special Deals

Free domains or service bundles offered as part of promotional deals are non-refundable, except as required by specific domain registry terms. VIRRBO LIMITED reserves the right to refund the difference between the paid amount and the promotional item’s standard price.

  1. Payment Methods with Special Terms

Certain payment methods may not support refunds to the original source. In such cases, a refund to a VIRRBO LIMITED account balance may be offered. Over-funded balances can be refunded within 30 days of the funding transaction.

  1. Chargebacks

Any chargeback, reversal, or payment dispute is considered a breach of payment obligations. VIRRBO LIMITED may disable affected services, pursue legal remedies, and require verification of payment method or proof of authorization. Persistent or fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination.
